Where your data lives
Your transactions, receipts, and files live securely in your ExpenseEntry account. We use industry-standard encryption and store data in secure cloud infrastructure.
How we use your information

- Classify expenses and help you review categories.
- Send product and digest emails when you opt in.
- Secure, maintain, and improve the service.
AI processing
When we classify transactions or extract receipt details, we send only the individual row or receipt image needed for the task. We do not share your full transaction history with AI providers.
Who we share with
- Stripe (Financial Connections) to access bank data.
- Resend to deliver email notifications.
- Replicate/OpenAI for receipt parsing and categorization.
Security
We encrypt sensitive data and limit access to production systems. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
Your choices
- Turn off emails any time in Setup.
- Disconnect your bank connection.
- Request account deletion by contacting support.
